5. Support Regarding Returns (Important)

Please note that our support team adheres strictly to our Open Delivery Policy.

  • Before Delivery Completion: If you are at the doorstep with the delivery agent and have an issue, you may call us immediately for assistance.

  • After Delivery Completion: Once the delivery agent has left your premises, the order is considered "Accepted." Our support team cannot process return requests or refund claims after this point.
