1. Inspection Upon Delivery We request all customers to check their package and products in the presence of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. Please inspect the product to ensure it matches your order and meets your expectations.

2. Immediate Return Process If you wish to return the product for any reason, you must return it to the delivery agent immediately while they are still at your location.

3. Delivery Charges If you choose to return the product at the doorstep:

• You are required to pay the delivery charge (shipping fee) to the delivery agent.

• The product cost will not be charged (or will be refunded if prepaid), but the delivery fee is non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.

4. Post-Delivery Returns Once the delivery personnel has left your premises, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that our hygiene and quality standards remain uncompromised.
